We offer flat rate shipping via AusPost Parcel Post (Standard with signature on delivery) for $10 within Australia and $30 internationally. We offer Free Shipping within Australia when you spend over $50.
You may also choose AusPost Parcel Post (Express with signature on delivery) option for $20 at checkout.
All packages are sent via Australia Post. If you order before 2pm, your order will ship on the same day. If placed after 2pm your order will ship the following day. (Monday - Friday) You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order is processed. Please allow 24 hours before tracking your package, as there can be delay with the item being scanned from Australia Post.
We always ship with signature on delivery, to reduce the risk of theft. If you request for the parcel to be left at your premises, please be aware that we then have to send the parcel without signature and you are doing so at your own risk.
Shipping times can vary from 3-7 business days domestic (depending on address) and 12-16 days internationally.
If your parcel has not arrived in this time you can email us at email@example.com to help locate your parcel. We will work with Australia Post to locate any parcels missing.
Please keep in mind that once a parcel has shipped it is out of our control what happens while in transit. We will always work hard to help locate a missing item in the event of this happening.
In the event that a parcel goes missing and Australia Post is unable to locate it, standard procedure is for us to send you replacement items. If you choose to request a refund, please be aware original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return a product, email firstname.lastname@example.org, we will then respond with the return address.
You will need to pay for the return shipping.
